Liability Waiver & Release

1. Assumption of Risk

Activities at our indoor playground involve physical exertion and risk of injury. Participants may encounter hazards including, but not limited to:

• Uneven surfaces that may lead to slips or trips.
• Equipment that may pose risks of bumps or falls.
• Interactions with other children that may result in accidents.

By allowing your child to participate, you assume all risks associated with these activities.

2. Responsibilities of Parents and Guardians

1. You agree to supervise your child at all times while in the facility.
2. You will ensure your child adheres to all posted rules and guidelines.
3. You will notify a staff member of any unsafe conditions or equipment.
4. You understand LOULOU HOUSE staff are not responsible for supervising children.

3. Release of Liability

By agreeing to this waiver, you release LOULOU HOUSE, its owners, employees, and agents from any liability for injury, loss, or damage sustained by your child during their visit, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

4. Medical Emergencies

In the event of an injury or medical emergency, you give permission for LOULOU HOUSE staff to render first aid and seek medical assistance if necessary. You acknowledge you will be responsible for any medical expenses incurred.

5. Participation Rules

• Non-slip socks are mandatory for children. No bare feet or shoes in the play area.
• A supervising adult must remain on the premises at all times, unless otherwise pre-arranged.
• No food, drinks, or gum are allowed in play areas. Designated areas only.
• No climbing on the outside of structures or going up the slides.
• No hooded clothing or drawstrings that may pose safety hazards.
• Inappropriate, unsafe, or aggressive behavior must be reported to staff immediately.
• LOULOU HOUSE reserves the right to refuse service or ask any guest to leave for any reason.
• We are not a daycare or babysitting service; you are solely responsible for your child's supervision.

6. Media Release

You grant permission for LOULOU HOUSE to photograph, film, or record your child(ren) during activities for use in promotional materials, social media, and marketing purposes. No compensation is provided for such use. To revoke this permission, notify LOULOU HOUSE in writing via our contact form.

7. Legal Agreement & Governing Law

• Any disputes will first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith mediation.
• This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
• This waiver remains in effect for all future visits and events at LOULOU HOUSE unless revoked in writing.

8. Consent and Agreement

Submitting a booking, paying a deposit, signing the on-site waiver, or signing in as a guest at LOULOU HOUSE confirms that you are the parent or legal guardian of the participating child(ren), that you have read and understood this waiver, and that you agree to its terms on behalf of yourself and any minors in your care.
