WHY LOULOU HOUSE EXISTS
Family time should feel good for everyone.
As a mother, founder Alyona Shubina kept noticing the same gap.
Indoor playgrounds could be exciting for children, but noisy and exhausting for parents. Cafes could feel comfortable for adults, but were rarely designed around the needs of young families. Too often, spending time together still meant that someone had to compromise — or that a screen had to keep a child occupied.
Alyona believed family outings could feel different.
What if children could be completely engaged, parents could genuinely exhale, and everyone could enjoy the same place in their own way?

Alyona Shubina
Founder & CEO of LOULOU HOUSE
Alyona is an experienced event producer, business owner, and mother with a passion for creating joyful, meaningful experiences for families.
After years of producing children's workshops and events in Miami, she began imagining something more permanent: a vibrant family destination where beauty, creativity, play, wellness, and community could naturally come together.
The idea was also deeply personal. Alyona wanted to create the kind of place she wished existed for her own family — exciting enough for children, beautiful enough for parents, and welcoming enough to become part of everyday family life.
That vision became LOULOU HOUSE: a place where children can discover, parents can recharge, and families can create moments they will remember together.
I wanted to create a place where neither children nor parents had to compromise — where kids could play freely, parents could truly relax, and families could feel more connected when they left than when they arrived.

Very cozy. Very safe. Very welcoming. We spent an entire day here and yet kids couldn’t get enough. Everything is so top notch and well thought out. They even have mini Bentley, slides and a trampoline. Cafeteria makes it so convenient to grab a bite and continue playtime after. As an adult even I had fun playing there. Definitely recommend to all parents to bring their little ones. It’s a great spot to have playdates as well.

Excellent experience at LOULOU House! The place is beautiful, clean, and very welcoming. The staff was friendly and attentive from the moment I arrived, and every detail made my visit enjoyable.
