Day access to the Play Room, Parent Lounge, and Co-working Area. Adult supervision required at all times. A Play Pass is required per child. Adults do not require a Play Pass.

The LOULOU HOUSE welcome desk at the entrance to the Play Room.

General admission is not drop-off care. The Parent Lounge and Co-working Area do not remove your responsibility to supervise your child.

Animators and Private Babysitting

  • An animator may sometimes be present in the Play Room.
  • Availability varies day to day.
  • An animator's presence does not replace parent supervision.
  • Private Babysitting is arranged separately and is not included with general admission.

House rules

  • Kind and respectful play.
  • Non-slip socks required. Outside food is not permitted.
  • Please keep sick children at home for everyone's wellness.
  • An adult must supervise each child at all times.
  • Help us keep the space clean; personal belongings stay with families.

Cancellation policy

Passes and Bundles are non-refundable but the visit date on a Single-Day Play Pass may be changed up to 24 hours in advance, subject to availability. Memberships require six successfully paid months before cancellation becomes effective.
